10+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Proven success managing Top 10 retail accounts (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon, Kroger)
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and promotional planning
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
