  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

  • Proven success managing Top 10 retail accounts (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon, Kroger)

  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and promotional planning

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
