Ideal Candidate Profile:
8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing at a DTC, eCommerce, or subscription-based business.
Proven track record of scaling LCM programs, with expertise in automated journeys, personalization, and segmentation strategies
Builder and creator versus executing existing playbook
