  • 7+ years of eCommerce experience, with a strong track record in Amazon (1P/3P) and DTC platforms


  • Hands-on experience with retail media, content optimization, and digital shelf management


  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive strategy and execution


  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or digital marketing certification a plus
