About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Marketplace to lead the strategy and execution for a major consumer brand's expansion onto platforms like Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and more. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling a new revenue channel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and own the end-to-end marketplace strategy, including sales planning, pricing, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
* Drive continuous growth in key metrics such as revenue, market share, and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure strategic alignment.
* Build and mentor a high-performing marketplace team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
*Manage key relationships with external partners at Amazon and other major marketplaces.
