About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced National Account Manager with strong CPG sales and channel development expertise to lead growth across convenience, drug, and dollar channels. In this role, you’ll drive volume, share, and margin performance by executing strategic customer plans, expanding product distribution, and improving trade efficiency across key national and regional accounts.
This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who thrives in the fast-paced world of consumer packaged goods (CPG). You’ll manage relationships with major small-format customers and distributors, developing and executing go-to-market strategies that deliver profitable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading strategic account planning and annual sales plans for C-store, drug, and dollar customers.
Managing pricing, trade spend, promotions, and distribution to drive category growth.
Partnering with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure flawless execution.
Using data and analytics to identify business opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of consumer goods account management experience with a proven track record in the small format, convenience, or drug channel. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building lasting customer partnerships that fuel brand growth.
